This 3rd Virtual Training Workshop on Bioinformatics was organized by Asian Bioinformatics Research and Education Network (ABREN), a non-profit organization to promote research and education in this rapidly growing interdisciplinary field of science. This series of online training workshop has provided multimedia lectures contributed by many volunteer lecturers. The third workshop was held during March 25 - May 24, 2009, and draw 1144 participants from 51 countries. We will try to have this kind of workshop on the regular basis. We thank you again for your participation, and for those who missed the opportunity to join, we hope they will be with us next time
